What are the shipping costs? 

The shipping cost delivered in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Belarus, Brazil, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Spain, Holland, Ireland, Iceland, Canada, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Germany, Norway, New Zealand, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia,  Switzerland, Sweden, Ukraine, USA, Hungary, Italy and United Kingdom are from 35PLN up to 200PLN and the only payment option is prepayment. Customs and tax costs will pay by the customer.

What courier companies deliver to you?

DPD - international delivery.

DHL - express shipping worldwide. 

How long delivery takes?

Preparing your order will take us from 1 to 5 working days (suggested delivery time is visible while placing your order). Is the time needed to register the money and prepare your package. When we have your package ready for shipment you will be informed about it by e-mail. After leaving our magazine (which you will be informed by mail) the delivery will take depending on the country(the time is visible during the order)

Where is my package? 

After placing an order, the products are first assembled in the warehouse, than transported to a sorting point in the courier company. After leaving the sorting area, tracking function is activated. At this point, you will receive an e-mail with a link, thought which you will know the current location of your parcel. Important! This function is not activated immediately. Usually it takes a couple of hours for the link to start working.

What do I do id I missed the courier? 

If the package is not delivered the first time, the courier make another attempt to deliver, only then the package gets send to the local warehouse of the courier company for a short time and than sent back to Lou.

How can I order to my country?

While registering, select the delivery country and enter a address to which you would like your purchases to be delivered. Make sure you enter it correctly, so the courier does not have any trouble with delivery. All packages sent from our company are insured, it is very important especially with shipment abroad. 

What to do if You do not see the country, to which you want to order the package?

Please contact us by e-mail on our address: kontakt@lou.pl. If it will be possible to deliver to the country You want we will make a individual valuation for You, and in the future we will try to permanently implement the possibility of delivery to your country of residence.
